Marana Pumpkin Patch

The Marana Pumpkin Patch is located on a real family farm, full of farm sounds, sights, tastes, and the smell of growing corn and dried straw! Hunt for the perfect pumpkin and have hours of family fun on more than 50 acres of attractions, including a petting zoo, corn maze, rides for the kids, and of course, the pumpkin patch.

NEW FOR 2024 - SCREAM at the Marana Pumpkin Patch: Do you have what it takes to enter the haunted corn maze? From 7-11 PM on Friday and Saturday nights (plus Halloween night!), you can experience twists, turns, and scares as the corn maze turns haunted.

As pumpkin time approaches, come out and experience the fun yourself!

  • Pick a path and get lost in Marana's famous Corn Maze, with a design celebrating 75 years of the Peanuts!
  • Sort through the pumpkin patch and find a one-of-a-kind pumpkin to take home.
  • Take a ride around the farm on the famous quarter-scale diesel train!
  • Work up an appetite jumping on huge jumping pillows, and then fill up with great festive food like hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, nachos, pretzels, and delicious baked goods.
  • See farm animals and visit the petting zoo with ponies, miniature donkeys, goats and more.
  • Ride the zipline, shoot a pumpkin or apple cannon, or climb the rock wall (for a small extra charge).

Thursday/Friday: 3 PM - 7 PM

Saturday/Sunday: 9 AM - 7 PM

SCREAM is open on Friday & Saturday nights starting on October 5th, plus Halloween night, from 7 PM-11 PM.

After a day of excitement, you’ll leave the festival happy and won’t want to miss the fun next weekend!

Terror in the Corn

The Tucson area's scariest attraction returns to Marana for 2024! Enjoy a variety of “haunts” and Halloween fun, all connected by a fully-immersive and terrifying cornfield. When darkness falls and the moon comes out, so do the scares, screams and surrounding terror!

The corn is calling…enter if you dare. You'll find the "Field of Screams" haunted cornfield with scary props and live actors, "Shady Acres" insane asylum, the “Circus of Horror” complete with killer clowns and interactive 3D effects, a zombie paintball shootout, a beer garden, food, a live DJ, and much more.

NEW LOCATION FOR 2024: 13591 W. Avra Valley Rd.

Please note that Terror in the Corn is not for everyone. Kids under 12 years old will not be admitted without an adult, and parental discretion is strongly advised.

Marana Fall Festival - October 12, 2024

Join the Town of Marana for an evening of fun for all ages at the Marana Fall Festival!

Enjoy thrilling carnival rides, live music and dance performances, a Spooky Garden Walk with pumpkin carving and a gypsy fortune teller, a sunflower field & photo set, a beer garden, whiskey tasting from Whiskey Del Bac, and the main event, the Mutton Bustin' Competition!

Grab an afternoon snack, dinner, or dessert at 25+ local food trucks, and browse locally-made wares at the artisan & craft market.

The festivities run from 2PM to 9PM at Marana Heritage River Park in Gladden Farms!

Nightfall at Old Tucson

Enjoy a frightful experience filled with comedy, drama, and mystery that embraces the history of Old Tucson.

One year after her return from death, Mary Hyde has fully realized her terrifying new form as Demon Queen of Nightfall! Queen Mary is building a terrifying army of the undead. Will Mary be able to keep her grip over Nightfall? Or will the all-but-dead Resistance rise up for one last battle?

Experience terrifying new haunts, mazes, roaming scares, stunt shows, magic shows, and musical theatre performances that are equal parts scary and hilarious. There are family-friendly attractions as well.

Nightfall opens on Friday, September 27th, and is open Thursdays-Sundays until October 27th.

City of Fun Carnival

The City of Fun Carnival returns to the Tucson Premium Outlets at Marana Center, with over 16 rides for thrill-seekers and kids alike, games, and food! We'll post the 2024 dates and information as soon as they're available.

Concerts in the Courtyard - Every Third Thursday of the Month, September-May

Come enjoy a free concert on the third Thursday night of the month in the beautiful courtyard at the Marana Municipal Complex! Food trucks will be on-site for your dining options. All concerts are family-friendly and dogs are welcome if they are leashed. Limited seating is available; attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and/or blankets.

Each month’s concert features a different band and theme! September's event celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month, with an energetic, eclectic band, and Hispanic food vendors. In October, there will be a Halloween Treat Trail for kids, featuring staff from the Town’s departments.

Oktoberfest Events

Celebrate Oktoberfest in Marana at one of our breweries, taphouses, or gastropubs. Sample a craft beer made from ingredients harvested in Marana, while enjoying a bratwurst and friendship. Prost!

Casa Marana Oktoberfest - Saturday, September 21st, 11:30 AM - 2 AM

Join Casa Marana for their biggest event of the year! Enjoy delicious German food from the Haus of Brats food truck, compete in the Stein-holding or pretzel-throwing contests, and show off your best Oktoberfest attire in a costume contest.

Sip on authentic German beer while having a full day of fun and unforgettable memories in a festive atmosphere. The fun starts at 11:30 AM and goes until 2 AM the next morning!

Button Brew House Annual Oktoberfest - October 5th

Enjoy live music, fun German games and competitions including a Stein-holding contest, bratwurst from Haus of Brats, and excellent craft beer from Button Brew House all afternoon!

Catalina Brewing Company Oktoberfest - October 6th

Join Catalina Brewing Company for their 4th Annual Oktoberfest on Sunday, October 6th. There will be stein-holding, log-sawing, and German trivia competitions, and German Food Station food truck will be serving bratwurst and currywurst, to go along with the craft beer!

The event runs from 1-4 PM.

Oktoberfest at Dove Mountain Brewing Company

Come out to Dove Mountain Brewing Company and enjoy some "Sun-Baked Desert-Style Reggae music" from ZeeCeeKeely, while sipping on some local craft beer and delicious food.

September 28th, 7-9 PM.
