Old Tucson is a movie studio and theme park that showcases the history and culture of the American West. It was founded in the 1950s by Bob Shelton, who reused the set pieces from the film Arizona (1940) that were left behind in Tucson Mountain Park. Since then, Old Tucson has been the filming location for more than 400 productions, including classic Westerns like Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, The High Chaparral, and Tombstone. It has also been a popular tourist attraction, attracting millions of visitors who enjoy its live shows, rides, and attractions.
