Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch and Petting Zoo
Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch is a three-generation family-owned working ostrich ranch and petting zoo alongside Interstate 10, just north of Marana.
It has been featured on a number of TV shows, including Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy, Extreme Roadside Attractions, Chef vs. City, Amazing Animals, and Arizona Highways, but is best experienced up-close and personal.
Visitors get to have hands-on experiences where they get to feed and pet a variety of exotic animals, including miniature donkeys, fallow deer, boer goats, parakeets, St. Croix sheep, dwarf goats, giant sulcata tortoises, chickens, bunnies, pekin ducks, rainbow lorikeets, red-headed diving ducks, cownose stingrays, and, of course, ostriches!
