Sonoran Desert Education Hikes

Whether you are a first-time desert explorer or a seasoned Sonoran veteran come spend your morning outside on the trails of the Tortolita Mountains with us!

Guaranteed to be informative, hike alongside our knowledgeable and experienced guides as you safely discover all the wonders the Sonoran Desert has to offer. On our walk we will chat about Sonoran cactus, drought-adapted trees and shrubs, our rainy season, and a lack of freezing temperatures that result in the tremendous biotic diversity of this region.

Trails will range from 3-4 miles with minimal elevation gain. Plan for 2 hours.
